Orders paid on business days until 13h are shipped the same day and delivered within 1-3 business days.
Orders are sent via our partner courier company GLS.
At the moment of handing over the package to a delivery service, the customer will receive an email notification from the delivery service. You can track your order online at any time by using Track & Trace services on GLS pages.
The delivery address can be changed by a customer by contacting us and we will redirect the package.

Payment methods
UPON DELIVERY (+5 HRK) - Cash payment to a courier when you receive the shipment (Croatia only).
BANK TRANSFER (SLIP, supported option PhotoPay) - on your email address you will receive an invoice with all information necessary for payment. Payments can be made using net banking or the way you usually pay your bills - through banks, post offices, etc. Payments are accepted only from banks within EU (GB not eligable).
