Orders paid on business days until 13h are shipped the same day and delivered within 1-3 business days. 

Orders are sent via our partner courier company GLS.

At the moment of handing over the package to a delivery service, the customer will receive an email notification from the delivery service. You can track your order online at any time by using Track & Trace services on GLS pages.
The delivery address can be changed by a customer by contacting us and we will redirect the package.

Payment methods
UPON DELIVERY (+0,93 EUR) - Cash payment to a courier when you receive the shipment (Croatia only).

BANK TRANSFER (SLIP, supported option PhotoPay) - on your email address you will receive an invoice with all information necessary for payment. Payments can be made using net banking or the way you usually pay your bills - through banks, post offices, etc. Payments are accepted only from banks within EU (GB not eligable).

PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD PAYMENT – Pay via your PayPal account or through the PayPal service (MasterCard, Discover, Diners, Visa, American Express).

We accept payments from bank accounts within the European Union (excluding the United Kingdom). For payments made from accounts outside the EU, we will refund the amount paid, minus any bank fees.

Shipping info and prices

Orders for islands or isolated places are sent via Hrvatska pošta d.o., and the delivery takes 3-7 business days. (Croatia only)
