The pero.bio website can be used for private use without any charge for use following terms and conditions.
By using www.pero.bio you agree to respect the following terms and conditions.
Some of the photos on www.pero.bio are only illustrative.
The user can send their inquiries and comments in writing, by e-mail or mail. Hortiriviera L.t.d. will send a written reply by mail or e-mail within the legal deadline.
Terms of Purchase
Process and terms of purchase/sale of goods through www.pero.bio are defined by the following parameters: ordering, shipping, payment, delivery, complaints.
Supplier/provider of purchased goods is the manufacturing and sales company Hortiriviera L.t.d.,
Žrtava fašizma 6, Matulji. Using the web shop, Hortiriviera L.t.d. provides purchasing the whole assortment of products contained in webshop offer.
A customer is considered to be every person who, through the webshop, orders at least one product, fills in the required data and sends the order to Hortiriviera L.t.d. All prices are in kuna (HRK) and include PDV 25%.
Goods are ordered electronically and are considered to be ordered when a customer completes the order process:
By pressing the "Add" button, the chosen product is placed into the "shopping cart"
The order process is continued when the "proceed to checkout" button is clicked

When you register as a customer, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is received by Hortiriviera L.t.d. If e-mail confirmation isn't received, please log in to check if all wanted products are visible in the shopping cart. If products aren't visible in the shopping cart call +385 51/275 591. Hortiriviera L.t.d. commits to deliver all ordered products which are available in storage at the moment of delivery. If Hortiriviera L.t.d. is unable to deliver any of purchased products, order amount will be reduced for that product. Other purchased products will be delivered.
Ordered goods will be packed and protected not to be damaged by usual handling in transport . A customer is obliged to check for eventual damage when the package arrives and immediately submit a complaint to the courier and refuse to accept the package with visible damage.
Checking the validity of order depends on the customer, subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
Terms of Payments
All prices are in kuna (HRK). The customer is obliged to pay in one of the following payment methods:
cash upon delivery
bank payment on account/internet banking
credit/debit cards (MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa®, Diners®, Discover®)
The shipping cost is additionally charged at the price according to the delivery price list.
Declaration of credit card purchase security
Payments on www.pero.bio are made using a safe and secure network, which ensures that your data cannot be accessed by anyone other than you.
Your personal data collected during the payment on www.pero.bio will be handled by authorised workers of Monri Payments L.t.d. which operates the WebPAY payment systems.
The WebPAY service and financial institutions exchange information using a virtual private network (VPN) which is protected from unauthorised access.
Monri Payment Gateway is certified by PCI DSS Level 1 security standard declared by Visa and MasterCard directives.
The secrecy of your data is protected and secure using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption.
This enables secure data transfers and stops unauthorised access to data during data transfers between the user and WebPAY services.
Hortiriviera L.t.d. doesn’t store credit card information and the information isn’t available to unauthorised parties.
In case of issues please contact us within two business days from receiving the goods. In the case of returns, a customer is obliged to send a justified complaint via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, the written complaint at Hortiriviera L.t.d., Žrtava fašizma 6, 51211 Matulji, phone +385 51/275 591. For faster determination of a specific order on which customer has a complaint, we ask customers to specify in a complaint the order number, account number, and their personal information. Hortiriviera L.t.d. will confirm the receipt of a complaint in writing without delay. Under article 10.5. The Consumer Protection Act the answer must arrive within 15 (fifteen) days since the receipt of a complaint.
In case of a justified complaint, the customer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund or exchange for a correct, undamaged and valid product.
Hortiriviera L.t.d. will accept the return of damaged, invalid or incorrectly delivered goods at its expense only if it is determined that the claims are justified and the customer did not affect the damage or any other lack of goods.
In case of a justified complaint, the replacement cost of products is covered by Hortiriviera L.t.d.
The customer has the right to complain and return the goods in the following cases:
Delivery of goods that are not ordered
Delivery of goods that have defects or damage that did not occur in transport
Checking the validity of goods after receiving goods depends on the customer.
If a product has hidden deficiency (that could not be detected after receiving goods) that customer determines after opening the product the customer has the right to unilateral termination of the contract and a full refund, replacement of the product, defection removal or a price reduction.
In case of complaints, damage during delivery, data transfer error or any other error, please contact us within two business days after the package is received. The customer is obliged to make a claim to Hortiriviera L.t.d. By e-mail to email@example.com, in writing or by phone at +385 51/275 591.
Online dispute resolution
By special regulation of the European Union, from the 15th of February 2016 across the EU, online shopping disputes can be resolved through the platform that you can access here. (https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage)
This regulation means that if a problem occurs during online shopping in the EU (product with error, product replacement, etc.) you can file your complaint on the top link.
The platform can be used by customers and sellers, and a complaint can be filed in any of the 23 official EU languages.
Statement on the Protection and Collection of Personal Data and their Use
Hortiriviera L.t.d. commits to keep the privacy of all of its customers.
Hortiriviera L.t.d. will not disclose customers personal information to third parties, except in cases where it is explicitly defined by the law and in cases where it is necessary to the fulfillment of the obligation.
For data recorded automatically by accessing a website, not personal data (a type of browser, number of visits, time spent on site, etc.), Hortiriviera L.t.d. has the right to use it exclusively for the evaluation of visits to the website and to improve its content and functionality.
The above-mentioned statements about personal data protection apply only to the homepage of the webshop www.pero.bio and to all pages within pero.bio domain, not on external pages to which links on pero.bio domain are indicated, and for which Hortiriviera L.t.d. is not responsible.
In case of changing any personal data (eg place of residence, delivery address) which are entered during registration, the buyer is obligated to inform Hortiriviera L.t.d. If Hortiriviera L.t.d. isn't notified, it is not responsible for any deficiencies in terms of orders and product delivery.
Hortiriviera L.t.d.emphasizes the amount of retail prices clearly, visibly and legibly, according to Article 7 of the Consumer Protection Act (NN 41/14).
Hortiriviera Ltd. will periodically, according to their decision, place certain products on sale at a price lower than in regular sale, and also clearly and legibly indicate the duration of the sale.
After the expiration of a sale, Hortiriviera Ltd. will not receive any orders under the terms of a sale that has expired. If there are products in your order that are currently on sale there is a possibility of deviation in price if the delivery date is after the end of the sale.
The customer is responsible for accurate and complete information entered during the purchase. In these terms of sale, the customer is a physical and legal person who orders at least one product, fills in required information and pays the ordered product through the website www.pero.bio. If the customer entered data is information of a legal entity, then the customer is considered the legal person, or an authorised buyer if the data entered is considered to represent a natural person.
The right to unilateral termination of the contract
The customer can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without explanation. The customer has no right to unilaterally terminate the contract:
If the subject of the contract is sealed goods which due to health or hygiene reasons is not eligible for returns if it was unsealed after delivery,
If the subject of the contract are goods which because of their nature, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods
If the subject of the contract is easily perishable goods or goods with short expiration life.
In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of the contract, the customer has to inform Hortiriviera L.t.d. about his decision before the expiry of the deadline by unambiguous statement sent by post or e-mail, and also provide personal information in this statement: name and surname, address, phone number or email address.
Confirmation of the receival of a notice of a unilateral termination of contract will be sent to you, without delay, by electronic mail. A deadline of 14 days to unilaterally terminate the contract starts from the date on which the customer or a third person designated by the customer, and who is not a carrier, has been delivered the goods that are the subject of the contract.
If the customer terminates the contract unilaterally, Hortiriviera Ltd. commits to a refund of received money including delivery costs, without delay, and within 14 days after the date on which goods are returned to Hortiriviera Ltd. or after delivery of proof that the goods are returned.
Refund will be conducted the same way that payment is made. In case the customer agrees on another way of refund, he does not bear the costs on a refund.
The customers are obliged to deliver or send goods (at the address Hortiriviera L.t.d., Žrtava fašizma 6, Matulji) without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days from the date when the customer sent the decision of unilateral termination of the contract.
The direct costs of returning goods are covered by the customer.
The customer is responsible for any impairment of goods which is a result of handling the goods, except when it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of goods.
Services provided by www.pero.bio do not include expenses caused by using computer equipment and services to access our site. Hortiriviera Ltd. is not responsible for phone charges or any other charges that may occur.
The content of www.pero.bio is protected and Hortiriviera Ltd. has a unique right of use. For any commercial use of content at www.pero.bio you must contact Hortiriviera Ltd. at firstname.lastname@example.org. All the materials found on www.pero.bio webpage are an exclusive intellectual property of Hortiriviera Ltd. and can be used only with the explicit consent of the copyright holder, trademark and/or design holder.
